This Jackfruit pickle is made of raw jackfruits.
We very carefully pluck the jackfruits from our farm for the right tenderness and softness of the pickle.
They are cut into pieces, marinated in oil and spices for few days so that it gets soft and tangy . It is sun dried after that and packed in glass jars.
The masala and the spices used are of the best quality, cleaned and prepared at home.
